Extensive experience in financial law (structured finance transactions, syndicated loans, refinancings, etc.); corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, asset contributions, etc.); capital markets, banking and securities law; non-profit entities (associations and foundations); corporate disputes and shareholder exits; civil estate planning; and family businesses (family protocols), among other areas.

Regularly teaches at institutions including the University of Valencia, Universidad Europea de Valencia, Universidad Europea de Madrid, Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros and Universitat Jaume I de Castellón.

A regular speaker at industry forums on law, finance and family businesses.
