Vicente Estebaranz has more than 20 years’ professional experience in real estate, administrative and urban planning law. He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2002 and was appointed partner in January 2009.
He has built his career in administrative, urban planning and real estate law in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, he worked at the Directorate-General for Urban Planning of the Regional Ministry of Territorial Planning and Urban Planning of the Community of Madrid, where he provided technical advice on urban planning and enforcement. From 2000 to 2002, he was also appointed Director of Urban Planning Projects at Sociedad Inmobiliaria de la Zona Franca de Cádiz.
In the private sector, he helped establish and lead Fundación Metrópoli para la Innovación y Diseño del Territorio, where he served as its first Secretary-General until 2000.
Vicente heads Pérez-Llorca’s Urban Planning and Environment practice, which, together with the Real Estate Department, has been one of the firm’s main pillars since its founding and is one of the country’s most established legal teams.
