Raúl Rubio will join Pérez-Llorca in 2023. He has 27 years of experience in different law firms and national and foreign companies, and until now he was the head of the Digital Law area of a Big Four in Spain.

He specializes in legal advice in the fields of technology, transformation and digital services, audiovisual, advertising, intellectual property, media, privacy and image rights, information security and electronic communications, among others.

Raúl is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor - CISA and Certified in Risk and Control Information Systems (CRISC) by ISACA and Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E) by IAPP.

He is also a member of the Spanish Professional Privacy Association (APEP), International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (DENAE).
