Sergio Agüera

Pérez-Llorca

Sergio Agüera joined Pérez-Llorca in 2001 and he made partner in January 2011.
In 2007 Sergio went on secondment to Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York, where he joined the Project Finance and Leasing team.
Sergio focuses on transactional law, specialising in M&A, Corporate and Commercial law, Real Estate, development and execution of projects and joint-ventures. He also has considerable experience advising on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and general corporate law.
He regularly advises national and international clients such as investment funds, banks, development and construction companies, family offices, retail chains and service providers companies.
Sergio has developed his professional activity mainly in the banking, real estate, industrial and new technologies sectors.
