Pérez-Llorca advises Allianz Direct on strategic partnership with ING Deutschland  

Pérez-Llorca has advised Allianz Direct, the pan-European digital insurer of the Allianz Group, on the arrangement of a new fully-digital insurance distribution partnership in Germany with the digital bank ING Deutschland for the distribution of Motor insurance products.
 
The Pérez-Llorca team was led by Felipe Vázquez Acedo, who was supported by Fátima Eizaguirre and Diego Samuel Arroyo. On behalf of Allianz, the in-house legal team was led by Thorben Eisenbeiss, Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Direct, who was supported by Tobias Hammel, Senior Legal Counsel at Allianz Direct.
 
The nature of the partnership between the two financial groups has led to the creation of this highly innovative and digitally focused insurance distribution agreement, in which Allianz Direct becomes a strategic partner of ING to make a wide range of Motor insurance products available to ING customers from by Q4-2025.
 
This transaction reflects, once again, the international character and specialization of Pérez-Llorca in advising on highly-complex and cross-border bancassurance schemes.
