ASEA simplifies procedures for the Hydrocarbons sector in Mexico

Greenberg Traurig - On 5 November 2025, the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection in the Hydrocarbons Sector (‘ASEA’) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation ("DOF") the Agreement establishing simplification measures for procedures carried out before the ASEA, as well as the issuance and modification of the forms of the aforementioned Agreement (‘Agreement’).
