EY Law Colombia advises Trina Solar

On March 9, Trina Solar completed the financial closing of a project finance structure for USD12 Millions for the solar energy project, Parque Solar Bosques de los Llanos 1. The lenders are the national financing corporation, Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, and Bank Davivienda. This is the first project finance structure implemented in Colombia for non-conventional renewable energy projects. EY Law was the legal advisor for Trina Solar in the negotiation and closing of the finance operations.
