The Arsenio Vivanco Neira–Fulbright Scholarship is carefully structured to identify and support an Argentine candidate with outstanding academic and professional credentials. To ensure a rigorous, transparent and fair selection process, the Foundation works in close collaboration with the FULBRIGHT ARGENTINA COMMISSION, drawing on its technical expertise and established framework for managing applications and evaluating candidates.
