Bofill Mir appoints four new directors to reinforce key practices
Bofill Mir Abogados has announced the internal promotion of four lawyers to the position of director, effective May 1, 2026. This move increases the firm’s total number of directors to seven, aiming to bolster key practice areas through organic growth and internal talent development.
The new appointments include:

Josefina Da-Bove (Tax Law): Responsible for cross-practice tax advisory, including disputes, restructuring, and M&A transactions.
Jorge Tisné (Intellectual Property, Data, and Technology): Concentrated on data protection, cybersecurity, and the management of intangible assets amid new regulatory shifts in Chile.
