Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas opens an Office in Madrid

The Elite Peruvian Firm will become the first full-service Peruvian Firm with an office in Europe.

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas has announced the opening of a new office in the Salamanca District in Madrid.

With almost 20 years of history, Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas ("RAD"), becoming the first full-service Peruvian Firm with an office in Europe.
 
Just as they did with their office in Santiago de Chile in 2009, the purpose of opening a new office now in Madrid is to accompany its clients in the development of their plans in Europe, and particularly in Spain, both for investments and to have a second home.
 
RAD has been very active advising its clients outside of Peru in Mergers and Acquisitions, in Private Client matters (international taxation, foreign visas and tax domiciliation, real estate) and in international litigation. With this new office, they will be able to continue to offer these services in Europe.

Partner Héctor Gadea, specialized in Compliance, White-Collar Crime and Litigation practices, will be permanently based in Madrid, as well as a senior associate. In addition, various RAD partners will be regularly participating in relationship activities with clients, banks, and law firms both in Spain and the rest of Europe.
 
RAD continues to be one of the most innovative and sophisticated firm in Peru, as they have recently demonstrated with their Venture Capital, Fintech, Private Clients, and White-Collar Crime practices.

The new office will be situated in Calle Velázquez 34.
