Araoz & Rueda advises Link Financial on the acquisition of Aiqon Capital España

Spanish law firm Araoz & Rueda, led by Banking & Finance partner, Rafael Bazán, and partners Alejandro Fernández de Araoz (Corporate) and Javier Prieto (Tax), with the support of associate Eduardo Cámara, has advised Link Financial on the acquisition of Aiqon Capital España, a specialist loan servicing platform (servicer) of Aiqon Group in Spain with more than 100 employees.

Simultaneously to the transaction, LCM Partners, the Group's investment manager, has acquired the unsecured debt portfolios of Aiqon in Spain.

This transaction has been Link's largest investment in Spain to date, a record for the local market.
