Araoz & Rueda appoints Laura Vintanel as a new partner of the firm  

Araoz & Rueda has appointed Laura Vintanel, until now senior associate of the firm, as a new partner in the Corporate Department, as part of the firm’s commitment to retaining the best talent and boosting the internal career plan.

Vintanel advises national and multinational companies on legal and corporate matters, focusing mainly on the energy sector. In this field, she advises on all kinds of corporate and commercial issues as well as those directly related to the regulatory aspects arising from the acquisition and financing of renewable energy (mainly photovoltaic and wind) projects. Prior to joining Araoz & Rueda in 2011, she worked as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of Grupo T-Solar Global.

J.D. from the Universidad de Deusto and and degree in Economics from the Universidad Pública del País Vasco, Vintanel holds also a LL.M. and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
