Marval advises on the incorporation of the Elebar IX financial trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal participated as legal counsel in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Elebar IX financial trust under the ’Elebar’ Program, for a total amount of V/N ARS 2,624,235,000.

The issuance was made on February 13, 2025. It included class A trust debt securities (VDFA) for V/N ARS 2,355,504,000, class B trust debt securities (VDFB) for V/N ARS 165,481,000 and class C trust debt securities (VDFC) for V/N ARS 103,250,000. 

The National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of these trust securities on February 5, 2025. They are traded and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA.

The VDFA, VDFB and VDFC have been rated "A1+sf(arg)", "BBB+sf(arg)" and "BB+sf(arg)" respectively by FIX SCR SA - rating agency.

Santa Mónica SA acted as trustee, administrator and collection agent; Banco de Valores SA acted as trustee, arranger and underwriter; and Provincia Bursátil SA, First Capital Markets SA, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA and Banco CMF SA, as underwriters.
