Auxadi Expands Global Reach with Integration of Boutique Firm Gentile Law

Auxadi, a leading provider of accounting, tax, payroll, transfer pricing, and corporate legal services, has finalized the integration of Gentile Law. Founded by Lucía Goy, Gentile Law is a specialized boutique firm focused on international mobility and taxation for family offices and high-net-worth individuals.  Following the transaction, Lucía Goy and her entire team join Auxadi’s structure.

Goy will lead the firm’s new global practice dedicated to family offices and large estates.  The integration aligns with Auxadi’s strategy to strengthen its presence across its operational markets. This move follows several strategic acquisitions in regions including Central America, the Netherlands, Greece, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium, and Spain.

The firm aims to consolidate its growth in the Spanish market as a gateway for foreign capital and a bridge between Europe and the Americas.  Led by CEO and Executive Chairman Víctor Salamanca, Auxadi has expanded significantly over the last 15 years. The firm currently operates in 26 jurisdictions, serving approximately 2,000 clients in over 50 countries with a team of more than 350 professionals. 

Lucía Goy, who established Gentile Law in 2016 after experience at Uría Menéndez, Davis Polk, and Skadden Arps, noted that joining Auxadi will provide greater technological capacity and access to more markets. Salamanca highlighted the increasing influx of foreign capital into Spain, particularly from Latin American family offices, as a key opportunity for this integration.
