Jesus Conde joins Araoz & Rueda as Head of the Real Estate Department 

• He joins the firm as a partner responsible for this area of practice after 7 years as a partner in the Real Estate Department of Baker & Mckenzie 

Araoz & Rueda has hired Jesus Conde, formerly a partner at Baker & McKenzie, to lead and strengthen its Real Estate practice. 

Throughout his career he has specialized in projects of restructuring, negotiation and execution of international real estate transactions, handling civil, commercial, planning and administrative aspects of matters such as auction sales and sale & lease back transactions of industrial and commercial premises. He has also focused on office and retail complex leases and forward funding agreements.

Jesus Conde had been a partner at Baker & McKenzie´s Real Estate department in Madrid since 2009. Previously, between 1999 and 2009, he was a Senior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer´s Real Estate practice.
