Tanoira Cassagne advises Nuqlea on its Seed Financing Round

TCA participated in the legal advice of a USD 3,000,000 financing round (Seed) of Nuqlea, the startup founded by Gastón Remy, former Dow and Vista Oil president.

Nuqlea, the company that is changing the game in Latin America’s construction industry, invested in by personalities such as basketball player Manu Ginobili, as well as distinguished local investment fund Newtopia VC, is a startup offering a digital platform which provides a B2B2C Marketplace that connects leading brands in construction with the user.

The investment achieved with this financing round confirms the company’s recognition by leading investors and the vast potential of its platform. With this new milestone, Nuqlea seeks to consolidate its position in the region, and strengthen its potential within the construction community.
