Aligned Data Centers enters into definitive agreement to acquire Odata from Patria Investments

Aligned Data Centers entered into definitive agreements to acquire Odata, a data center provider across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Chile, as well as additional data centers under
development across the region, from Patria Investments and other shareholders.

The closing of the sale and purchase agreement is subject to the completion of conditions including obtaining required governmental authorizations and other required consents, as is customary in these types of transactions.

The transaction is expected to close in early 2023.
