Araoz & Rueda appoints Ángel Freire as new partner of the firm   

The lawyer has developed his career at the firm since 2013 in the Dispute Resolution Department.

This appointment is part of the firm’s commitment to retaining the best talent and boosting both the internal career plan and the Dispute Resolution area of the firm.

J.D. from Universidad de Sevilla and Graduated in International Law from L’Institut d’Études Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris, Ángel joined our firm in 2013 after five years in J.A. Cremades & Asociados (Paris and Madrid). 
Ángel specializes in Dispute Resolution, particularly in the area of arbitration, acting as counsel and arbitrator in diverse jurisdictions and languages, both ad hoc and adminis-tered by international (ICC, MIAC) and national institutions (CAM, CIMA, CEA). He has also experience in mediation before the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR).

Ángel is an active member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA), where he founded of the Young Lawyers Subcommittee and he is currenty the Vicepresident of the Spanish National Committee and Head of the Mentoring Program. He is also a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club and the Madrid Arbitration Court.
