EY Law advises TransNetwork in the acquisition of Pagos Intermex

On June 30, 2020, TransNetwork LLC concluded the acquisition of Pagos Intermex, S.A. de C.V., a Mexican company focused on the payment of remittances through different mechanisms, including the operation of 27 branches and more than 2,600 corresponding sales agents in different regions of the Mexican Republic.

In this process, EY Law Mexico rendered transactional legal advice to TransNetwork LLC through Tatiana Treviño, Associate Partner of the Transactional Corporate practice, and Gabriela Ponce de Leon from the same area.

The transaction was implemented through the acquisition of the shares of Pagos Intermex, S.A. de C.V. a subsidiary of Gentera, S.A.B. de C.V., before closing this transaction.
