OMC Abogados & Consultores attends the OVUM 2024 Congress in Uruguay
 

OMC Abogados & Consultores - Dr. Luis Maura, partner and corporate lawyer of the Peruvian firm OMC Abogados & Consultores, travelled to the city of Punta del Este in Uruguay to participate in the XXVIII Latin American Poultry Congress OVUM 2024, which took place from 12 to 15 November, and which was also attended by Mr. Luis Lacalle Pou, President of Uruguay, with whom he had a brief meeting. 

It is clear how important the OVUM Congress is in the region, with 3,500 registered attendees and 200 exhibiting companies that, in addition to networking, exchanged experiences on their products or services and their respective benefits, becoming an ideal opportunity to create alliances that contribute to the expansion of their businesses throughout much of Latin America, either through commercial representation, franchising or legal advice on obtaining health registrations or other permits that allow compliance with the standards set by the authorities of the chosen market.

In recent years, the industry has seen a significant growth in the consumption of its products and, consequently, an increase in business opportunities for all those companies dedicated to the breeding, improvement and marketing of domestic poultry for human consumption.
